The "Terms of Use" constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and the Block Farm Club Owner regarding your access to and use of the https://blockfarm.com/ website, as well as any other form of media, media channel, website mobile or related mobile application, linked to or otherwise connected thereto the "Site" and the "Game". The Terms of Use may, in our own right and discretion, be updated from time to time and shall be effective immediately and compel you to follow and be regulated without receiving your concerns and consents as long as you are using our Game and Website. The Game is a distributed application running on POLYGON NETWORK , using smart contracts to allow users to own, transfer, plant, cultivate and fight with their respective seed. The game also allows users to own and transfer other digital assets, but not limited to agricultural land and tools and other products, as updated by our policies. These assets can be viewed on the Site so that the user can interact with the Site.WE ARE ONLY WILLING TO MAKE THE SITE AND THE GAME AVAILABLE TO YOU IF YOU ACCEPT ALL OF THESE TERMS OF USE. BY USING THE SITE, THE GAME, YOUR MEDIA ASSOCIATION OR ANY PART OF IT, OR BY SIGNING YOUR NAME, YOUR E-MAIL AND/OR YOUR CRIPTO WALLET, YOU ARE CONFIRMING THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL THE TERMS OF USE. REGISTER
